The Smart Reorder Cart is a powerful feature designed to streamline your inventory reorder process. It acts as a central station where you can collect low-stock products across various parts of the system and effortlessly generate Purchase Orders (POs) from there.
How to Add Items to the Smart Reorder Cart?
There are multiple ways you can add products to the reorder cart. Whenever you find the product is running low in stock, you can use the handy add to cart button to add the product to the reorder cart without interrupting your current work process.

- From the new sale / quote page
- From the low stock alert report
Reviewing the Cart
Navigate to Business Intelligence > Smart Reorder Cart page, On the Smart Reorder page, the products will be grouped by suppliers (if the product has a default supplier managed), you also check other low stock products from the same supplier from the Smart Reorder page, which can quickly help you find the low products from the same supplier, fast the reorder process.
The Suggested Order Qty = Reorder Level Qty - Stock On Hand Qty
If needed, you can adjust the Suggested Order Qty directly on the purchase order.
Creating a Purchase Order
Click the [Create Purchase Order] from the supplier card, the products will be brought to the purchase order, and also the supplier will be automatically selected as well.
Then, after filling in other required info, you can save the purchase order to continue the purchasing process.
