With StockUnify, you can efficiently track your inventory on a project basis. Here’s how to get started:

Setting Up Project Information

Navigate to the [Settings] -> [Projects] menu, you will see a list of all active projects.

You can add a new project by clicking the [New Project] button, A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the project code and project name.

You also can delete a project or update the project name on this page.

Associating Orders with Projects

After creating a project in the system, you will see a “Project” field when creating new purchase orders or sale orders. Select the relevant project for each order to associate it with the project.

Project-Based Inventory Reports

StockUnify provides a comprehensive report that shows the product stock level for each project. With this report, you will see the products' ordered quantity, sold quantity and remaining quantity for a specific project.
